GCH Consulting is now looking for a People Manager
The People Manager plays a key role in leading the implementation of the people strategy, digitising HR processes, overseeing recruitment and training initiatives, fostering effective communication channels, maintaining strong relationships and driving organisational change. In addition, s/he will perform key administrative functions such as managing employee records, tracking compliance with company policies and legal requirements, coordinating performance review cycles, managing payroll and benefits administration, conducting regular audits of HR processes, and preparing reports for senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a People Strategy in alignment with the guidelines set by the founders and CEO.
- Define and steer payroll process
- Taking care of administrative aspects of People area (Paychecks, documentation, legal requirements of people management and …
- Build the People Practices.
- Digitalize People Processes (HRMS implementation).
- Define Recruiting strategy
- Deliver training paths, in accordance with people leader, focused on specific areas of development.
- Define and lead internal communication.
- Contribute to the definition of an evolving organizational model in collaboration with the CEO
- Build up relationships and effective communication with colleagues.
Requisiti:
- Master’s degree in business, psychology, or people management
- At least 10 years of proven HR experience
- Start-up/scale-up experience will be a strong plus
- To-do attitude, proactive and team builder
- Knowledge of Italian Labour Law
- Fluency in Italian and English
