We are looking for a passionate HR Learning and Development Intern who will work in the L&D team to support learning and development initiatives.
By working closely with the HR team and business stakeholders, the Trainee will support on the organization, development and launch of training programs, constantly ensuring the best learning experience to all our employees.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Support on Learning Need Analysis Activity
- Assist in planning and organization of learning events
- Support on department’s admin tasks: calendar, invitations, survey and results analysis.
- Training Hours: Monitoring and keeping a record of training hours for all programs managed by the Learning & Development team.
- Support Funded training plan
- HR back-office activities
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Master Degree in Adults Educations, HR, Psychology or Sociology
- Excellent organizational skills and problem solving
- Ability to learn quickly, retain processes, own projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication and skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Attention to detail
- A positive attitude and natural enthusiastic person
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Education level required 5 – Master degree
Experience level required Less than 2 years
Languages English (1- Basic)
